Who Can Join?

People from most Countries are welcome to join this site, however, due to the large number of Cheating attempts, Members from Countries NOT listed below are required to purchase an Upgrade BEFORE they can request Payment. The Upgrades are available at our Store and are valid for 1 or 12 Months. Any Upgrade MUST be valid at the time of requesting Payment. Members Countries NOT needing to upgrade are: Austrailia, Canada, USA, UK. Belgium , France, Germany, Gibraltar, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand (Aotearoa), Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City State (Holy See). Please note that these are set by Admin and reflect activity by Cheaters at this site. They can change, without prior notice at any time.
Member Requirement
All members must be able to Read, Write and Understand English. This is essential for communication with Admin.
Member Undertaking
By joining this site you automatically agree these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.
Registration
Members MUST complete the Profile with their First and Last names (in English). Failure to do this will result in cancelled payments, with the balance being returned to Member accounts. If a second request is received and you have still not completed the information your request will be cancelled again and the balance will be considered a site donation. If the name that you enter does not match the name registered at PayPal or Payza you will NOT be paid. The same conditions will apply to your Email address. You MUST enter the same email address in your Registration as you use for your PayPal or Payza Cashouts.
Payments
ALL Members must have a Verified account with the Payment Processor that they are requesting payments to. UN-Verified accounts will result in requests being cancelled. ALL accounts will be reviewed BEFORE payout is processed. You must be an ACTIVE MEMBER to receive payout or your payout will be cancelled. Active means you must have CLICKED 100 LINKS A MONTH. We will NOT accept any request that is greater than $3.00. Such requests will be cancelled and funds returned to your account. You can NOT have more than ONE request in the queue at any one time. Payouts are processed weekly, at weekends. Any requested dated on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following week. Your payout request will be denied if your account on this site has a different country and/or name listed than your Paypal / AlertPay account. You must also ensure that you have completed your Profile as described under Registration. If you have failed 20 or more cheat checks you will not be paid.
Anti Cheating Measures
To prevent cheating attempts members who have more denied Paid To Sign Ups than approved will not be able to cashout unless they get more approved Paid To Sign Ups. Paid To Promote is a very popular way for Cheaters to earn money from a site. To prevent this from happening we have installed software that will only allow members to Request payment if their Paid To Promote stats justify it. Paid To Promote ratio is now set to 1/3000. This means that you need to get at least 1 referral every 3000 hits that you send to the site to be able to cashout.
Cheating
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network. Cheating would include any of the following: ** Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability. ** Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking. ** Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
Investments
The Site does not take any responsibility for investments that you make. We promise to do everything in our power to make this site sustainable. The PTC industry is an unpredictable business where members and the admin can loose money. Invest at your own risk.
Referrals
We are not responsible for your Referrals activity and we offer NO Guarantee that your Referrals, whether Purchased or not, will be active. We only offer for sale, Referrals who have been active within 15 days of your purchase. You must accept that if your Referral(s) is deleted or suspended from the site you will not be compensated.
Auto-Click Software
It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using, OR suspect this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice
Termination of Account
We retain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or misuse of the system.
Losses
The Site is not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
Sales
ALL sales are Final. NO refunds will be made. All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
Site Issues
All issues should be attempted to be resolved with admin before going elsewhere to voice your complaints or issues (such as payment processors, forums, etc.). Failure to do so could result in your account being Deleted and the Loss of ALL Earnings.
Proxy Use
We do not tolerate anyone who uses a proxy. We do not permit the use of Network Sharing devices. Your account will be deleted without further warning.
Multiple Accounts
You are not allowed to create more than 1 account per person, household or I.P. address.
False Representing
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals. If this is brought to our attention the Webmaster will take whatever action he thinks fit, which could include deleting accounts and loss of all earnings.
Inactive Accounts
If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, your earnings will be cleared and your account will be removed.
Spam
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information or Promotions from the Webmaster and about updates and issues with the site. If a Member places more than ONE advertisement for a Website in any area of this site it will be considered to be Spam and the additional Advertisement(s) will be removed with NO return of credits. If the Member does this on more than one occasion their account will be Suspended, with loss of all earnings.
Advertising Terms
The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind. -- The website must not contain any frame breakers. -- The website must be english. -- The website must not contain or promote any viruses -- The website must not conatin ANY promts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts. -- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit -- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows. -- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
Subject to Change
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
